JOB DESCRIPTION: Welcomes clients by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions. Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; Client locker keys.
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensures that reception area is covered all the time
- Responsible for assigning Electronic Locker keys (baller) to clients.
- Customer relations/information
- Provide correct information about the club
- Pleasing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills
- At least 1 year of experience from the hospitality industry
