JOB DESCRIPTION: Welcomes clients by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions. Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; Client locker keys.



  • Ensures that reception area is covered all the time
  • Responsible for assigning Electronic Locker keys (baller) to clients.
  • Customer relations/information
  • Provide correct information about the club



  • Pleasing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good communication skills
  • At least 1 year of experience from the hospitality industry
