Fitness Coach

JOB DESCRIPTION: Fitness Coaches design and carry out workout routines specific to the needs of their clients. They work with a single client or a small group, assess the clients’ level of physical fitness and help them set and reach their fitness goals.  Design and carry out workout routines specific to the needs of their clients. 

 

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

  • They start by evaluating their clients’ current fitness level, personal goals, and skills. Then, they develop personalized training programs for their clients to follow, and they monitor the clients’ progress.
  • Explain and enforce safety rules and regulations on physical activities, and the use of exercise equipment
  • Supervise the gym and cardio area at all times, assisting members on the correct use of gym equipment
  • Give clients information or resources about nutrition, weight control, and lifestyle issues
  • Provide Personal Training programs to clients
  • Responsible in selling PT session/Packages
  • To be available to work extra hours when and where necessary.
  • Give emergency first aid if needed

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Centro Fitness Club prefer to hire fitness trainers and instructors who are certified
  • Bachelor’s degree or at least college level in exercise science, physical education, kinesiology, or a related subject
  • With Pleasing personality
  • must be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills, and a high level of enthusiasm and commitment
  • Must be able to communicate well because they need to be able to explain exercises and movements to clients, as well as motivate them verbally during exercises.
  • At least 1 year experience as a Fitness Trainer

Receptionist

JOB DESCRIPTION: Welcomes clients by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions. Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; Client locker keys.

 

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensures that reception area is covered all the time
  • Responsible for assigning Electronic Locker keys (baller) to clients.
  • Customer relations/information
  • Provide correct information about the club

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Pleasing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good communication skills
  • At least 1 year of experience from the hospitality industry

Cashier/ Front desk Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION: Usually involves use of electronic scanners, cash registers, or related equipment. Often involved in processing credit or debit card transactions and validating checks.

 

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for payment transactions related to Centro fitness club membership
  •  Customer relations/information
  • Ensures that front desk is covered all the time

Membership Sales Consultant

JOB DESCRIPTION: The Membership Sales Consultant has the responsibility of dealing with prospective and existing members on a daily basis to ensure the continuing growth of the membership at the club.

 

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct sales tours of the facilities and give guidance to prospective customers on the type of
  • membership category best suited to their needs and requests as directed by the Company standard.
  • Ensures all prospective members receive the appropriate information and tour of the facilities.
  • Responsible for the administration of membership paperwork and to ensure that it is processed
  • accordingly.
  • Responsible for recording daily sales and to be familiar with the total membership sales for the club.
  • To be available to work extra hours when and where necessary.
  • Attend monthly sales meetings to provide relevant information pertaining to membership sales.
  • Carry out competitor analysis on a regular basis in order to provide information which can be used
  • positively when selling the club.
  • Ensure all company standards of operating and personal performance are implemented and completed
